I was listening to a Bobby Conner sermon and he mentioned that verse
So I looked it up and was kind of just thinking about it
Bobby Conner said, "The creation is speeding up, it's the church that’s legging behind!"
I think it's saying creation is waiting for us to show ourselves and to catch up
