An Interesting Sign

The clock on the Peace Tower stopped at 7:28 AM yesterday, for the first time in decades. Apparently a fuse had broken. An expert had to be flown in from the States!
We've heard several different interpretations of this interesting phenomenon. The suggestion that the numbers 728 correspond exactly to Psalm 72:8 which is the verse written on that same tower seems to make sense.
Also, they said it would take 72 hours to fix it!
Is the Lord underlining His word?

"And He shall have dominion also from sea to sea and from the river unto the ends of the earth."
Psalm 72:8

Janessa had share this the other night and I thought it was so cool
So I thought I'd share with you guys
Just a little more encouragment for the Cry 2 (Him), eh? (If you don't know what the cry is click here: http://www.4mycanada.ca/Cry2/Cryindexengl.html)

Anyhoo

Romans 8

OK!

So I was reading this really cool chapter in the bible yesterday

If anyone feels like reading something cool, read Romans 8!

It's SUPA SWEET!

Anyways

There was one part on the chapter that stuck out to me the most

Now if you listen to Jason Upton (who might be coming to Avalanche next year *woot woot*) you'll totally recognize this verse.

For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Romans 8:38-39

Now into a little Jason Upton......."Neither death, nor life, nor anything in all creation can separate you from the love on God. MAKE US ONE!"

Yeah Jason Upton!

But seriously, is that verse just so cool, or is it SO COOL?

Anyways

I have school to be done, I'm so sick of school!

But then GREENBAY! *woot woot*

Avalanche pt:1

These were two of the awesome worship songs that we sung at Avalanche and both of them really touched me (and plus I can't get them out of my head). So I thought I'd just share them with you.

History Maker

Is it true today that when people pray
Cloudless skies will break
Kings and queens will shake

Yes it's true and I believe it
I'm living for you

Is it true today that when people pray
We'll see dead men rise
And the blind set free

Yes it's true and I believe it
I'm living for you

I'm gonna be a history maker in this land
I'm gonna be a speaker of truth to all mankind
I'm gonna stand, I'm gonna run
Into your arms, into your arms again
Into your arms, into your arms again

Well it's true today that when people stand
With the fire of God, and the truth in hand
We'll see miracles, we'll see angels sing
We'll see broken hearts making history

Yes it's true and I believe it
We're living for you

Consuming Fire

There must be more than this
O breath of God, come breath within
There must be more than this
Spirit of God we wait for You

Fill us anew we pray
Fill us anew we pray

Consuming fireFan into flame
A passion for Your name
Spirit of God Fall in this place
Lord have Your way
Lord have Your way With us

Come like a rushing wind
Clothe us with power from on high
Now set the captives free
Leave us abandoned to Your praise

Lord let Your glory fall
Lord let Your glory fall

Consuming fireFan into flame
A passion for Your name
Spirit of God Fall in this place
Lord have Your way
Lord have Your way With us

Oh no, it's possible! Jesus said so!

I'm so very ordinary
Nothing special on my own
I have never walked on water
I have never calmed a storm
Sometimes I'm hiding away from the madness around me
Like a child who's afraid of the dark

But when I call on Jesus
All things are possible
I can mount on wings like eagles and soar
When I call on Jesus
Mountains are gonna fall
'Cause He'll move heaven and earth to come rescue me when I call

Weary brother
Broken daughter
Widowed, widowed lover
You're not alone
If you're tired and scared of the madness around you
If you can't find the strength to carry on

But when you call on Jesus
All things are possible
You can mount on wings like eagles and soar
When you call on Jesus
Mountains are gonna fall
'Cause He'll move heaven and earth to come rescue you when you call

Call Him in the mornin'
In the afternoon time
Late in the evenin'
He'll be there
When your heart is broken
And you feel discouraged
You can just remember that He said He'll be there

When I call on Jesus
All things are possible
I can mount on wings like eagles and soar
When I call on Jesus
Mountains are gonna fall
'Cause He'll move heaven and earth to come rescue me when I call

"Call on Jesus" Nicole C. Mullen

Jesus looked at them and said, "With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible."
Matthew 19:26

Hot & Cold

I had this vision thing the other day and I met to post it yesterday, but I didn't.
And now I am posting it.

I saw myself playing Hot & Cold with Jesus.
It was in a big room with lots of different things in it.
When I ran to the things that I desired or things of the world, Jesus would say, "Colder! Colder!"
But when I ran to things of Him and desires of His heart He would say, "Hotter! Hotter!"
Finally I was getting hotter and hotter until I found what I was searching for.
A large ball of what looked, and felt, like fire.
I reached to pick it up and found out that it was as hot as fire.
It was so hot that the moment I picked it up I through it up in the air.
But Jesus reach out a caught it in mid air.
The ball of what I thought was fire didn't seem to effect Jesus.
He held it out towards me and asked, "Why did you throw my gift?"
I looked at him then to the gift, then answered, "Sorry, it was just so hot. I couldn't hold on to it."
Jesus just smiled and put the ball back in my hands and said, "Is it really that hot?"
As I held the ball in my hands I could feel only burning heat.
I shifted the ball to one hand so I could look at the other, fully expecting it to be burnt.
But as I looked at my hand I realized that my hand was not burnt, but warn and shinning as bright as the sun.
Then I stared into the ball of what I thought was fire.
I realized it wasn't fire, but was a big shinning diamond.
I looked at Jesus, wanting to ask him so many questions, but all I could do was look from Him to the diamond and then back again.
Then suddenly all the things in that room began to fade away.
All the things that weren't of Him, all the things of the world, all my selfish desires.
They just faded away like the morning mist when the sun rises.
All the remain were the things of Him, the desires of his heart.
Jesus and I looked at each other and He spoke these words to me: "The diamond I have given you represents the time you spend with me, the things I've shared, the gifts I've given to you. You have to search for it in a world of distractions. But once you get pass them you find the beautiful gift I have in store for you. And sometime it burns to pick it up. It means giving up what your flesh wants. But if you hold on to it long enough it doesn't hurt so much. It effects you and heart and how you reach out to other. Once you fix your eyes on me the things of the world won't seem so important."

Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.
Romans 12:2

Yesterday.....................

Funny random picture of us NOT practicing!

Lunchtime!

So we pretty much were practicing all day long yesterday

And I ran into a metal garbage can and bused my leg

My feet hurt so bad from those shoes

And we went to the park during brake and I fell of the Jungle-Jim

Anyways

Good times
